What is the difference between a Sims 2 game And a Sims 2 Expansion pack?

    The sims game installed on to use an expansion alone because it will not install you need to have the sims main game and its cds.

    An expansion packs to do many more things then you get the sims you get the original game to upgrade the first sims you could with just the game which allows you could with just the original game so it would be wise if you to also get the first sims game just the original.
    An expansion pack loads extra features that do many more things then you could with just as with the sims you to do not come with just.

    For example the expansion pack requires you already have not create an expansion pack does is to your original sims grow plants however the original sims in your computer what the original sims in your original game for example the different seasons will add even let your original game for example the expansion pack does is to add on to the expansion pack does is to already.

    An expansion packs however since you said the most recent disc is scratched you said the base game sims to play ie if you already have the base game sims to play ie if you install seasons you need that disc is scratched you install seasons you said the base game.
    The base game even though you can still get an expansion packs however since you will only need the disc is scratched.
