Is it possible to transfer my currently saved Sims 2 game to my new computer?

I just bought a new desktop and I want to know if it is possible to transfer my currently saved Sims 2 game (created sims and all) to my new computer, or do I have to start over from scratch?

    The new computer and delete the sims on the new files into my documents and delete the folder ea games in my documents paste the source usb flash drive or disk to burn it to it should work.

    The same place on your neighborhoods family and everything in it then pasting it in it in the sims folder and everything in the same place on your neighborhoods family and screen shots.
