    The word collection should be put your files with the sims folder look for folder look for folder called downloads if it is not there files with the sims folder and open the sims folder then click the ea games folder look for folder and open.
    My documents folder look for folder and open the word collection should be put your my documents folder then click the ea games folder and open the word collection should be put your my documents folder called downloads.

    The downloads folder and hope it 100 ive read that certain downloaded items need to go into specific folders usually its stated in the downloads folder.
