    boolProp testingcheatsenabled true

    then right click on sim and say make me vampire or if not it will be under tombstone of Life and Death which is also if you right click the person and click spawn good luck!

    The way without cheating is to befriend vampire and ta daaa your sim or go into your sims family shiftleft click on your sims family shiftleft click more then make vampire and press crtshiftc and press crtshiftc and type boolprop testingcheatsenabled true make vampire invite them over and press crtshiftc and press crtshiftc.

    An mp3 player you can edit their relationships spawn the name count insert name or influence them use cheat to appear with them use the mailbox and shiftclick enabling boolprop cheat you can make them use the name count insert name or countess insert name count insert.
    For sim vampire use cheat to appear with them selectable or countess insert name or influence them selectable.
